Woke up Thursday, October 25 with a conversation going on in my mentions on Twitter between NBA player Damien Wilkins and Kim Zolciak from real housewives of Atlanta "Hey @dwilkins3000 I need @RayTennyson to paint Kroy!!!! Miss u D!!!" I knew my art was getting better but not on this scale, don't get me wrong I was excited but nervous at the same time. So I mention her back giving her my contact info. I get another mention and its Kim Zolciak telling me that she had sent me a email. In the email she asks for my number, after I sent my number five minutes later she calls and tells me how she likes my work and how she had seen the painting I did for Damien Wilkins weeks before and wanted something similar as a anniversary gift for her husband Kroy Biermann, and then tells me are phone call will be on her new reality show "Don't be tardy" When I got off the phone all I could think about was if I could meet her expectations, and then what made it worse was the size she requested, it would be the largest canvas I've done up until that point. But I knew this was another turning point, if I wanted to become a better artist then I would have to start acting like one. From that point on I didn't worry about how it would turn out once completed, I knew if I focused like I did on the pass paintings the end result of this painting will come out good as well. Two weeks later days away from her anniversary party I shipped it and she loved it "How amazing is this painted pic @RayTennyson did for me for Kroy!! I love it!!"
